Thank you Thank you Thank you

I always think of December as a great time to reflect back over the year that has been and to appreciate the good times I have been blessed to experience, remember the people who have touched my life, especially those who have departed and develop my plans for life, living and business in 2015.

Saying all that, the first thing I want to appreciate is all of you. The people who read my words, meet with me, work with me and share success and life with me.

Thank You. Thank You. Thank You. My sincerest thanks to you all for sticking with me through 2014.

Thank you for being part of miworld and making it what it is today

Thank you for the contacts, knowledge and experience we have shared to help each other grow our business

I’d also like to thank all the people that help the business stay alive and vibrant, especially:

• Cynthia Curry and Wai Ying Ta, who keep the marketing ideas fresh and flowing
• Philip Horne and Martin Quinn who built and maintain our new website
• Alex Hazelwood and his team for supporting our technology challenges

I have one more thank you, one that has inspired me with the selfless generosity of the people who make a difference to the lives of others.

As an alternative to sending our Christmas cards, we have made a donation to a local charity, Kids Love Clothes. It was founded by Fiona Shapcott who felt, as a nanny that there was a real need for kids to receive clothes.

Julie Diver and Helen Dobson, two truly inspiring women, both Mums and friends of mine came on board and it rocketed from there.

Both Julie and Helen wondered what to do with their kids clothes when they grew out of them. They discovered this was a common challenge for other young mums who had plenty of clothes for their little ones, and yet there was a different issue for the Mums who could not provide those lovely new clothes for their children.

As you can see from the pictures, Helen and Julie now spend much of their time collecting, washing ironing and distributing clothes for kids, who might otherwise not have nice clothes, up to the age of eight.

If you would like to find out more and how you can help, see their website

I hope you have all you need at Christmas this year and for the year to come.

Merry Christmas Everyone

Jane
